Our client is seeking a Creative Director to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience leading digital-first and integrated campaigns across social, experiential, retail, and influencer marketing, with expertise in both B2C and B2B contexts. They possess a strong command of brand tone, copywriting, visual storytelling, and design principles, and excel at providing constructive feedback while balancing creativity with business goals. This role requires a proven mentor and leader who fosters collaboration, accountability, and innovation in fast-paced, hybrid environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the creation and delivery of innovative, high-quality creative work across all channels.
  • Mentor and lead a team of talented creative professionals.
  • Collaborate with account and strategy teams to grow and evolve client relationships.
  • Direct, contribute to, or review client presentations and other communications to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and impact.
  • Support the growth of marketing initiatives across multiple divisions, including digital, experiential, and corporate marketing.
  • Assist with planning, writing, estimating, and pitching proposals and RFPs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in creative content, both digital and traditional, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Recognized thought leader with highly creative and original ideas.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
  • Solid creative vision with understanding of business objectives and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to confidently articulate ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive, and creative feedback.
  • Copywriting experience is an asset.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent experience and formal design training.
