JOB TITLE: 365 CRM (Sales & Service) Solution Architect

As a Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) Solution Architect, you’ll work as part of a team of problem

solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Leverage your profound knowledge and expertise in CRM systems,
  • particularly Microsoft ‘Dynamics 365 Sales & Service’, to lead successful implementation projects
  • and deliver valuable insights to our clients.
  • Strategic Alignment with Microsoft: Foster a strong partnership with Microsoft to capitalize on
  • growth opportunities, access the latest ‘Dynamics 365 Sales & Service’ technologies, and expand
  • our presence within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Business Development: Identify and seize opportunities to engage with clients, cultivate new
  • relationships, and elevate PwC’s market presence in Microsoft ‘Dynamics 365 Sales & Service’.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges,
  • and deliver tailored Microsoft ‘Dynamics 365 Sales & Service’ solutions that empower them to
  • enhance customer relationships and drive growth.

Education/Work Experience (list the degrees or certifications required for the role, how many years of experience, any particular skills or experiences that are essential)

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level
  • (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
  • B.A./ B.SC/ B.COM in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
  • 3-4 years of consulting or relevant work experience

Technical Skills

  • Dynamics 365 CE: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales and
  • Customer Service modules. Experience with Field Service and Marketing is also beneficial.
  • Microsoft Power Platform: Strong proficiency with the core components, including Power Apps
  • (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Dataverse: In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, including data modelling, entity relationships, and
  • security models.
  • Azure: Experience with relevant Azure services for integrations, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure
  • Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
