This role is ideal for experienced PPC professionals who understand both performance marketing and the luxury travel sector. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to drive qualified traffic, maximize return on ad spend, and generate direct bookings.

YOUR PROFILE

As a Google Ads Specialist working with Fantasia Villas, you combine analytical expertise with creative thinking and a strong commercial mindset.

You understand how affluent travelers search for luxury villa rentals and know how to build campaigns that reach them at the right moment with compelling messaging. You are comfortable managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth across international markets.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and aligned with the high standards of a premium hospitality brand.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors
  • Strong knowledge of search, display, remarketing, and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and maximizing ROAS
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with luxury travel or villa rentals is highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for luxury villa rentals and bespoke travel services
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on high-intent travel searches
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to affluent international travelers
  • Optimize bidding strategies, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize performance
  • Implement, monitor, and improve conversion tracking and campaign attribution
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Manage remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with seasonal priorities, destination launches, and business goals
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and test new advertising strategies to improve results
