Adamas is looking for human centered performance coaches who will lead the implementation of Adamas Performance Standards with pro esports teams. This individual will naturally build trusting, respectful relationships, to facilitate positive behavior change with our clients. You will work directly with and be supported by a Performance Director to progress teams towards achieving the Adamas performance standard.
