This position is responsible for installing and servicing equipment and tanks based on certifications and tickets. G1 equipment above 400,000 BTUs, G2 equipment up to and including 400,000 BTUs & G3 working with a G1 or G2. The Service Technician responds to requests base on their certifications for the most difficult and unusual repair situations in recognition of their role as the technical and code expert for the service team.
