Our client, a third party leader in the Marketing and Loyalty Programs Industry is looking to add Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to their team in Mississauga. They service various industries like banking, automotive, and other consumer goods. Calls can be regarding rewards accounts, loyalty cards, program benefits, etc.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:
– Dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding questions about their loyalty program.
– Some common questions might include how to access their account or navigate the website
– Assist customers with rewards redemption’s, points balances and other account details
– Educate customers on the benefits of their program

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bilingual (English and Cantonese or English and Mandarin)
  • Customer Service Experience (1 Year Minimum can be Call Center, Retail, Office, Etc Experience)
  • Typing Speed of 30 WPM (We will send you a test to complete)
