Bilingual Customer Service and Support Representative – Job Responsibilities

Resolve Accountant customer inquiries by phone, chat, text and email.

  • Learn and utilize specific software, tools and problem-solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes
  • Do the right thing for the customer
  • Ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to run their business
  • Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem-solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes
  • Implement key initiatives to help bring the voice of the customer (VOC) back to the business to drive improvements and changes across the globe
  • Test & learn changes to measure feasibility and value of potential initiatives and bring learnings back to the business
  • Think outside the box to solve big customer problems with resources available.

Bilingual Customer Service and Support Representative – Mandatory Skills

  • Previous experience in a support role is preferred and call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle escalated calls while using good judgment to diagnose and resolve problems and make sound recommendations
  • Ability to work with complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires review
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Detail oriented, the ability to properly document and create customer call notes in a computer system using multiple screens of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email
  • Must possess advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite
