Our client is the largest general insurer and has its customers across the UK, Ireland, and Canada. They are currently looking for Bilingual Customer Billing Representative to join their team. Come take the next step in your career in insurance. Shift: rotating shifts during the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday. Location : Markham, ON- Hybrid role SUMMARY OF ROLE: This is a Call Centre Billing Representative, handling approximately 25-30 inbound calls per day. Provide great customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and other staff from both the Contact Centre and Insurance Branches RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will involve answering billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner (approx. 25-30 per day) The individual in this position will support the Sales Centres and Insurance Branches with accepting and processing payments and maintaining billing of client policies There are no collections responsibilities in this position. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt quickly to change Problem solving skills Strong/accurate Data Entry Skills and ability to talk and type while navigating screens Proficient in Windows applications Specifically, MS Excel and MS Word Billing or credit experience is an asset but not required.
