The Opportunity – Bilingual Physician Locator Specialist – RPN (remote role) (This is a 100% remote position – the full flexibility to work from home!) Position Summary The Physician Locator Specialist is a clinical member of our interdisciplinary team supporting our Expert Medical Services Program. This team member uses their clinical experience to guide our members in navigating the Canadian Healthcare system by triaging their concerns, seeking to clarify and set expectations and locating resources that best suit the members clinical picture and geographic location. This role does involve direct interaction with members, nurses, organizational business partners and medical office personnel. Role and Responsibilities Review and clarify requests with a clinical lens Initiate search to match the members with resources appropriate to both their clinical condition and geographic location, performing all pertinent quality checks and investigations Provide exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations when interfacing with all constituents and delivering on the Teladoc Corporate Values. Ensure that our member’s expert selections are accurate and received in a timely manner Prepare and send resource reports to members making sure that they have been reviewed for quality assurance before sending. Act as internal resource to locate physicians, as required, for other service processes Other duties, as assigned. The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Skill Requirements/Preferences Registered Practical Nursing Diploma Minimum of 2 + years of work experience as RPN Bilingual- English and French is required Ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success Process oriented Strong problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to facilitate mutually agreeable solutions Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with others to achieve sales targets CRM experience, preferably Salesforce is an asset Proficient with Microsoft suite and Adobe editing Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent follow up and proactive attitude Good judgment Strong organization, administration, and communication skills (written and verbal). Works well in a team-oriented environment.
