Job Title: Oracle Cloud Security Admin
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Collaborate with the Client Security Team to document, implement, and refine Oracle Cloud roles and responsibilities to align with project milestones.
- Define and document user provisioning processes for ongoing support after project go-live.
- Participate in CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles to refine roles and data access based on user feedback.
- Coordinate with the Project Team and Oracle for instance management and scheduling.
- Define roles and access for production cutover activities as outlined in the NGF Cutover plan.
- Support the development team in resolving access issues during the stabilization phase.
Requirements include:
- Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud, including user, roles, and data access setup.
- Proficiency in configuring roles and data access in Oracle Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work during PST time zone in the U.S.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive value creation and knowledge management (KM) activities.
- Ensure process improvement, compliance, and participate in technical design discussions and document reviews.
- Shape overall project strategy, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and track schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Work closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
- Identify and flag potential risks or issues that may impact timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
