Your new role

This role plays a part in data accuracy, policy alignment, and seamless coordination with payroll and HR systems.

Responsibilities:

While responsibilities may evolve, core areas of focus include:

Support the review and validation of time entries, leave balances, and related data across various employee groups.
Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure time-related transactions are processed accurately and in alignment with internal policies.
Maintain and update scheduling and time data within SAP and Workday, resolving integration issues as needed.
Apply employment standards and organizational practices to time tracking scenarios, including union and non-union contexts.
Provide guidance to leaders and employees on time entry, vacation management, and system navigation.
Generate reports and maintain documentation to support audits, compliance, and internal communications.
