Senior Salesforce Development Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON _Hybrid (2 days/week)
Duration: 6+ months
Duration of Potential Extension: 6 months
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations.
2. Extensive (over 5 years) project management experience delivering cyber projects.
3. Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods
associated tools.
4. Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies.
5. Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.
6. Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder (Active status)
7. 5+ years’ experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi , Kafka, RapidMQ with
understanding of integration patterns.
8. 5+ years’ experience in using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura
component, Flows
9. 5+ years’ experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein)
10. 5+ years’ experience in building salesforce native/hybrid mobile app and integrating with salesforce CRM
11. Ability to work in transformative programs.
12. Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
13. Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients
14. Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
15. Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and
vendors.
