Senior Databricks Developer – 4 Openings

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract ( Till June,2026) Can extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure components.
• Build new pipelines from scratch and enhance existing ones for scalability and performance.
• Apply strong ETL design principles, data modeling concepts, and governance standards.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team, taking ownership of stories and delivering production-ready code.
• Troubleshoot data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize pipeline performance.
• Work in Azure environments leveraging ADLS, ADF, Synapse, and related tools.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions while focusing on hands-on development.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably with Azure Databricks.
• Strong expertise in PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and familiarity with Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of data governance and DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
