Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Webmaster for our client. This is a remote role and can be filled from anywhere within Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Consult with clients to develop and document Web site requirements

Create, edit and maintain HTML5 web pages that comply with the federal government’s web standards.

Perform quality control procedures as they relate to a web publishing environment (e.g. WCAG, W3C validation).

Create, edit and maintain departmental web content (internet) using a web content management system.

Experience in create, edit and maintain departmental web content

Develop Web site architecture and determine hardware and software requirements

Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Web site

Create and optimize content for the Web site using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software

Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web-site related code

Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
