Position Description We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, eager, target driven individual to add to our sales team in our manufacturing/specialty blending of new and reclaimed industrial oils and lubricants division. This unique division focuses on our exclusive oil reclamation process, designed to maintain customers’ oil at peak performance and meet exacting specifications. Our key customers are in the industrial/manufacturing segments and our reclamation process allows to help our customers minimize environmental impact and risk, control inventory, improve quality, and control costs. The focus of the role is multi-faceted with seeking out new customers/business, build existing services, ensure quality service, and meet performance standards. Position Responsibilities In this Hunter role you will be expected to prospect through cold calls, network and referrals to develop new business, and serve as the lead point for customer management matters. Negotiate, update and renew customer contract agreements from E360S customers and grow revenues from existing customers. Build and continue a high level of customer satisfaction through long lasting customer relationships. Communicate and maintain a net positive business approach by carrying out sales targets. Resolve customer challenges to resolve escalations and issues to benefit all parties with corrective measures. Work jointly with the Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories as directed and assigned. A strong ability to implement and promote growth strategies between the customer and E360S using account retention efforts. A positive attitude and an ability to effectively build professional business relationships across a wide range of industries. Maintain and update customer account files and points of contact for current and perspective customers in a sales CRM accurately and consistently. Communicate rates for services rendered as well as understand customer requirements while meeting appropriate profit targets. Comply with administration and reporting requirements. Other duties and projects may be assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in both French and English 5+ years of experience in sales. Possess a valid Drivers License and a Clear Drivers Abstract. Travel will be required. Oil/Lubricants industry experience is a definite asset. Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills. Proven ability to work independently, while being a team player to the greater sales team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools (e.g. pipelineCRM) Must exude an enthusiastic, passionate and optimistic attitude and a hunger to WIN!
