Excel with Impact.Financial Stewardship: Reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.Strategic Insights: Lead financial reporting, delivering actionable insights to help the Senior Leadership Team drive business decisions.Cash Management Expertise: Manage cash flow and treasury operations to optimize the company’s resources and manage risks.Team Empowerment: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team of 6-8 staff.Executive Partnership: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align the organization’s financial operations with strategic business objectives.What You BringCommitment to Excellence and Growth.CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.Proficiency in ERP systems, strong Excel skills. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.Experience in project-based accounting gained from past experience in construction or related industries is mandatory.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, emphasizing collaboration and integrity.- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.- CPA designation is required.- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.- Strong technical Accounting knowledge.- Familiarity with Budget and Forecasting processes.- Experience with Month End Close procedures and reporting.- Proficiency with ERP systems.- Strong skills in Cash Flow Management and financial forecasting.- Proven experience in preparing and presenting Financial Reports.- Experience in Construction or Engineering (project based industries with large complex projects) is mandatory.- Knowledge of Project Accounting and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.- Strong hands-on knowledge and understanding of the percentage (%) of completion method in accounting.- Familiarity with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE) is a must.- Demonstrated ability in implementing Process Improvements, including identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
