We have partnered with a fast-growing company in the manufacturing sector, that is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to its Manufacturing and Supply Chain department.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for leading and providing direction to the Manufacturing Engineering Team, as well as:Oversee the manufacturing engineering process and related tasksDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologiesParticipate in Design for Manufacturing through the Product Development Process (PDP)Manage manufacturing capacity expansion and footprint projectsOversee new program capital expendituresDevelop and implement the advanced manufacturing engineering roadmapWhat we are looking for:We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as:Minimum of 10 years of engineering and manufacturing experience in a heavy fabrication and large-scale customized assembly environmentExperience working in an Integrated Product Development Team environmentStrong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc.)What’s in it for you?
