As the company scales, they’re looking for a Product Designer to take the lead in shaping intuitive, research-driven user experiences that support bold climate action.Job DescriptionAs a Product Designer, you’ll own the design of end-to-end experiences that bring clarity to complex sustainability planning. You’ll work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design scalable workflows and elegant interfaces that help users navigate data-heavy environments with ease. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our platform’s evolution.In this role, you will:Identify gaps our user research, create a plan to address them, and successfully execute that plan with all appropriate research methods.Define the IA, nomenclature, and interaction patterns for a brand-new SaaS product.Produce user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Validate designs through qualitative and quantitative methods.Collaborate across disciplines to align product decisions and deliver quality experiences.Apply and evolve the design system, leveraging tools like Material UI or HIG.Stay aligned with roadmap milestones, reporting progress and shaping product outcomes.Job Requirements4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in early-stage or mid-stage SaaS environments.Expertise in user research and turning insights into practical UX/UI improvements.Strong proficiency with tools like Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.Proven ability to design for complex systems and technical workflows.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable operating independently, with minimal design direction.Based in Toronto, with the ability to work up to 80% in person in a downtown office.Why Apply?Be part of a high-growth, purpose-driven company tackling climate change head-on.Shape the product from the ground up, with ownership and autonomy.Collaborate with a tight-knit, values-driven team that cares deeply about its mission.Enjoy competitive compensation, bonus & equity options, and three weeks of PTO.
