Job Title: Senior Integrate Logistics SupportLocation: Ottawa, ONRemote: NoBusiness Unit: Advanced TechnologiesDepartment 1: EngineeringDepartment 2: DefenceJob Type: Full-time Position OverviewCalian is seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support to assist our client with the facilitation of their project. Responsibilities – Support to the Records Control Office (RCO) with the creation of Material Identification Requests (MIR); – Conduct detailed searches using available cataloguing systems, eliminate duplication in the departmental systems of record, and provide technical data for appropriate cataloguing requests; – Provide material identification advice to Life Cycle Maintenance Managers (LCMM) regarding any cataloguing requests; – Amend stock codesin both Defence Wide Area Network (DWAN) and the JSIS Defence Resources Management Information System (DRMIS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; and – Communicate with the stakeholders to inform of newly assigned stock codes.Qualifications – Must provide proof of education – a minimum of high school diploma – Must have a minimum of 10 years work experience in Supply chain management within the past 15 years – Must have a valid Ontario or Quebec provincial driver’s license (Class G or equivalent as a minimum) for car rentals and travel to offsite locations – Must have experience with Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) or System Applications and Products (SAP) Enterprise Central Component (ECC) – Must have experience with the Canadian Government Cataloguing System (CGCS) – Must have a minimum of 3 years of working experience within the past 7 years using the following software applications to record and verify data from a variety of non-complex sources: MS Office; MS Excel; MS Access; and MS WordAdditional Requirements – You must be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Secret level
