Our client in the financial services industry provides investment management and advisory solutions to public-sector clients in Ontario, and they are in search of a CRM Associate on their CRM Investment team to join them for a 7 month contract. The role is hybrid in office located in downtown Toronto 3 days a week and 2 days work from home.Reporting to the Director of Client Relationship Management, the Associate will serve as a key member of their dynamic and high-performing CRM, Investment team. The selected candidate will be working closely with internal teams to coordinate the preparation and execution of investment and performance reporting. The role will support Client Facing Managers and contribute to the delivery of reporting and service to their clients. Key Responsibilities Include:Providing best-in-class investment and risk reporting, services and supporting their institutional clientsApply sound investment judgement to build and analyze complex reports for client consumptionProduce applicable reports and analysis to be utilized by the CRM senior team in the decision-making process and providing support in general analysis and review of client profilesActively managing an existing client schedule of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverablesLead implementation of reporting and operational enhancement requestsDevelop and maintain a solid understanding of the client’s range of investment, risk and operational offerings and solutionsCreate presentation materials for client meetings and supporting senior relationship managers while also interfacing with clients in both virtual and in person meetingsStaying on top of market developments and integrate market data into reporting and ad hoc analysisGathering data and related information to quickly respond to client information requestsConduct research and analysis on a broad range of client focused topics to support decision making at more senior levels on the CRM teamRequirementsMust Have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fieldInvestment related designations such as CFA, FRM, CIPM or CAIA is strongly preferred3 to 5+ years of experience working within the investment industry or related fieldClient Relationship Management experience with the investment industry is preferredAdvanced Excel skills and manipulating large amounts of data using ExcelExcellent Power Point skills putting presentations for clientsExperience with such applications as Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, MS Access and other project management tools would be an assetStrong interested in financial markets and investmentsKnowledge of investment performance and risk conceptsStrong project management skillsExceptional work ethics and strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsA self starter who can work well independently and on a team or collaborating with other teamsAbility to delivery quality outputs in a fast paced environment and ability to handle tight deadlines and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneouslyIf you are already registered with The Mason Group, please contact your Recruiting Consultant directly with reference to job #19907.
