Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Account Manager to work for our client in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Title: Account ManagerPay Rate: CA$23.21 / hour7 month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversionLocation: HYBRID in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Tu/Thu in office)9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Our client is seeking a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Account Manager to support and grow strategic advertising partnerships with top CPG brands across their Mobility and Delivery platforms. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to their partners, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of their ad campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic ad partnership plans with CPG partners alongside our sales teamsBuild and nurture relationships with key marketing decision makers at leading CPG brandsUnderstand client marketing goals and proactively recommend tailored advertising solutionsLead campaign execution—coordinate kickoffs, manage timelines, and ensure seamless launchesMonitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights and recommendationsProvide regular reporting, communicate updates, and set clear expectations with stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to increase campaign performance and partner investmentCommunicate client feedback and advocate for feature improvements internallyContribute to team playbooks and help scale best practices across the Ads organizationTackle complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally to find creative solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications1+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising account management for enterprise or large customersBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceStrong analytical skills—you know how to turn data into actionable insightsExperience managing complex, large-scale ad campaigns for enterprise-level brandsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with key brand and agency stakeholdersRussell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
