Position: Customer Service SpecialistLocation: Montréal, QCAre you a customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and growing company? Join a company with over 40 years of industry expertise!What We’re Offering:- Salary: Up to $45,000 per year.- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break).- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package after 3 months.- Work Environment: Hands-on, collaborative, and supportive.Why Join Us?- Be part of a trusted and expanding company with a stellar reputation.- Take on a variety of tasks that keep your workday engaging and fulfilling.- Work with a supportive team in a professional environment.Your Role at a Glance:- Handle customer inquiries via phone (50%) and email (50%), providing quotes, placing orders, and following up as needed.- Process orders received through our portal, email, fax, and phone.- Collaborate with the payroll and accounting teams on basic numerical tasks.- Maintain and update customer records and provide reports to the Claims Department when requested.- Perform office filing and other administrative duties as required.What We’re Looking For:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role.- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with numbers.- Industry Experience: Background in the automotive industry is an asset but not mandatory.- Transportation: Must have access to a vehicle.
