This leadership position is responsible for building a winning sales culture, mentoring high-potential teams, and delivering consistent business results in a multi-location environment.
Lead regional sales performance with full accountability for growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Mentor and guide Territory Managers and internal sales teams across multiple branches.
Shape go-to-market strategies and drive value-based sales in a B2B industrial environment.
Foster strong customer relationships and lead key account negotiations.
Promote a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
Proven success leading multi-location sales teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
Experience managing P&L and hitting top-line and bottom-line goals.
Background in industrial products, technical services, or value-added B2B solutions.
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; valid driver’s license;
