  • Sales and Business Development
  • Achieve the company’s sales, profit, and other targets for the appointed region (Essex, ON, Chatham-Kent, ON, Middlesex, ON, Lambton, ON, Elgin, ON).
  • Drive sales of SANY products in appointed region, including but not limited to excavators, wheel loaders, and drill rigs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SANY’s market presence in the region.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular site visits, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and SANY, facilitating smooth deal completion.
  • Market Strategy and Insights
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends and competitors to provide timely and relevant market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the company to develop strategies that address competitive challenges and leverage opportunities.
  • Brand Building
  • Promote SANY’s brand image in the appointed region through active engagement in community and industry events.
  • Organize product demonstrations and trials, allowing customers to experience SANY’s machines firsthand.
  • Invite key regional accounts to participate in factory tours and company activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Deliver accurate monthly and yearly sales forecasts, providing insights into regional performance and growth opportunities.
  • Report on customer feedback and market conditions to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from customers on product performance and requirements, contributing to product improvements.
  • Equipment Utilization
  • Coordinate and manage equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and value to prospective clients.
  • Ensure demo machines are effectively utilized to maximize visibility and sales impact.
  • Local Market Expansion
  • Actively seek ways to grow SANY’s footprint in the local market by identifying underserved areas or industries.
  • Partner with local businesses and organizations to create mutually beneficial opportunities for growth.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in heavy equipment or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with local’s industrial and construction markets is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
