As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Tenant Support Representative located in our Guelph, Ontario office for a 12 month contract.
The Tenant Support Representative is responsible for assisting the Tenant Support Supervisor in preparing legal documents for submission to the Residential Tenancy Tribunals across provinces, and following up directly on any other matter related to Residential Tenancy Tribunals applications. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Operations department.

An administrative wizard who has a pretty good grasp of database management and an eye for details.
Strong researching, legal documentation and file management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
If you have a crystal ball, that helps too.
Understanding of commercial property management or real estate is an asset.
Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
Licensed Paralegal designation is an strong asset.
