Job Title – Aerospace Project Manager – EWIS
Location – Mirabel, Quebec
Work Mode – Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to join our A220 Project and Program Management Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with multi-functional teams.
You will be part of the project managers for aircraft development projects on the airframe, responsible for providing a reliable reference framework with best practices in project and portfolio management.
Your role as Project Manager will be to monitor and control the necessary activities in terms of time, costs, quality and performance in order to achieve the success of development projects on the A220.
Your area of action will focus on the EWIS (Electrical Wiring):
• Support the instruction of changes in the development of the EWIS
Animate the “Project Management” aspects for the “IPT EWIS” team:
• Animate the weekly team reviews
• Monitor of actions
• Monitor of the schedule (high level & operational)
• Monitor of the risk and opportunity process.
• Monitor the costs of the team’s development projects.
Your challenges:
• Monitor and control project activities (time, cost, quality and performance).
• Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.
• Identify and integrate lessons learned from the project.
• Ensure active management of risks and opportunities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Your boarding pass:
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in project management/engineering or equivalent.
• You have leadership qualities and ambition.
• You have ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• You have technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
• You have good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in
• writing.
• You have advanced skills with the Google suite and planning management tools.
