In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Support production by resolving equipment failures and preventing their recurrence
Identify and implement improvements to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve safety
Lead optimization workshops and apply Lean methodologies
Collaborate with supervision to follow up on improvement projects
Analyze malfunctions and develop sustainable action plans
Promote the use of performance indicators to measure results
Share and adapt best practices across operations

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
BAC in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven creativity and strategic vision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
