In this impactful role, you’ll serve as a trusted financial advocate and educator—helping clients overcome debt, rebuild credit, and achieve lasting financial stability. Develop personalized money management and budgeting plans to help clients take control of their finances.
Guide clients toward sustainable solutions for debt relief and financial wellness.
Use CRM and case management tools to track progress and ensure follow-through.
Collaborate with creditors, community agencies, and business partners to advocate for clients and provide referrals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
~ Background in credit counselling, financial services, or the credit industry (an asset).
~ Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
~ Track record of consistently meeting performance targets.
