🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and secure IT systems and data integrity
- Collaborate with external providers and support IT-related projects
🔹 Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows/Linux, Office 365, and cloud services
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Good communication skills in Spanish and/or English
