Education : Minimum of a Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on IC design.
Experience : 3+ years of design experience, including knowledge of CTLE, DFE, ADC, DAC, oscillators, PLLs, and more.
SerDes/High-Speed Expertise : If you’ve tackled a SerDes or high-speed circuit design (>10GS/s), that’s a significant asset.
Silicon Proven : Multiple silicon designs taped out with measured results? You’re our kind of engineer.
SOI or FinFet Know-How : Experience in SOI or FinFet process nodes? Even better.
Coding Skills : Comfortable with scripting, programming, and tools like MATLAB/Simulink and Python.
Team Player : Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a strong team player.
