What You’ll Do
Architect and lead full Shopify Plus builds, rebuilds, and advanced integrations
Own code quality, performance, and maintainability
Mentor mid and junior developers and lead technical direction
Work directly with clients and PMs to shape solutions that balance creativity and scalability
Guide implementation of best practices (component libraries, testing, deploy flows)
Contribute to internal tools and documentation to support long-term agency growth
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of front-end development experience
3+ years of hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus work
Deep knowledge of Liquid, Shopify APIs, and store architecture
Experience building complex custom themes, sections, and apps
Ability to scope projects and support client conversations with confidence
Familiarity with A/B testing, performance tooling, and SEO-friendly code
Bonus Points
Experience with headless builds (Hydrogen, Remix, Next.js)
DevOps experience (Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS)
Prior experience leading a dev team or managing client stakeholders<br/><br/>
