Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their IAM modernization initiative. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IAM provisioning and licensing, infrastructure and desktop services, and has successfully managed vendor-led implementations. This role also requires a strong focus on people and change management as key enablers of success.<br/><br/>Location: Hybrid St. Catherines
Duration: 12 months<br/><br/>Responsibilities
Lead the SailPoint IAM implementation from planning through go-live, ensuring successful outcomes across technical and business workstreams.
Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, holding all parties accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality.
Ensure effective provisioning, deprovisioning, and licensing management processes are implemented in alignment with best practices.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure and desktop services teams to ensure seamless technical integration.
Drive engagement across departments, recognizing that IAM success depends on both technology and people readiness.
Embed change management principles into the project plan to support user adoption and organizational alignment.
Provide clear, consistent project reporting and escalate risks/issues proactively.<br/><br/>Requirements:
7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementations, including at least one SailPoint or major IAM platform deployment.
Strong understanding of identity provisioning, licensing, access governance, and workflow automation.
Experience working with infrastructure, desktop support teams, and enterprise IT environments.
Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable.
Outcome-focused mindset with experience aligning technical delivery to business value.
Knowledge of organizational change management strategies and practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.<br/><br/>
