We engineer momentum.</p><p>If you’re looking for an instruction manual, there is none.</p><p>If you’re ready to write the blueprint—we’re ready to hand you the pen. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Overview</b></p><p>Your core mission: <b>align execution with intent</b> across global teams. </p><p><br></p><p>As a <b>Senior Technical Analyst (STA)</b>, you will be the connective tissue between vision and execution—translating big-picture goals into clear product requirements, data-backed insights, and operational strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work with the <b>Chief Scribe Officer</b>, <b>Product</b>, and <b>Engineering Leads</b> to help architect product direction, surface constraints and opportunities, and bring structure to the evolution of AU’s platform, IP ecosystem, and core services.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Own</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a key architect and technical analyst across major Anime Universe initiatives</li><li>Break down vision and high-level strategy into <b>scoped, prioritized, and testable requirements</b></li><li>Work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Content, and R&D to align goals and execution</li><li>Conduct <b>gap analyses</b>, workflow breakdowns, and <b>root-cause assessments</b></li><li>Generate <b>KPI dashboards</b>, <b>decision memos</b>, and internal documentation that clarify tradeoffs</li><li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Blockchain, and Scribes teams to ensure technical coherence and execution readiness</li><li>Conduct in-depth systems analysis, integration mapping, and architecture validation across AU ecosystem platforms </li><li>Design frameworks for data integrity, security, and compliance </li><li>Support rapid prototyping cycles with robust technical analysis, ensuring scalability and alignment with AU Gold Standards </li><li>Surface technical risks and blockers early—drive risk mitigation and technical excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of technical analysis, systems engineering, solution architecture, or similar roles</li><li>Proven track record in high-growth, complex, innovation-driven environments.</li><li>Deep experience designing and analyzing blockchain, tokenomics, smart contract systems, or AI-driven platforms—bonus for prior HR tech exposure</li><li>Mastery of data modeling, API design, and systems integration</li><li>Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution</li><li>Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills</li><li>Extreme ownership: Operates with autonomy and drives clarity in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder settings</li><li>Comfortable in a remote-first, async-heavy, globally distributed team environment.</li><li>Bonus: Background in creative/entertainment, gaming, platform tech, or IP-driven ecosystems</li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, OKRs, or similar cross-functional alignment systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><ul><li><b>Equity (Shares):</b> Founding partner-level equity</li><li><b>Token-Based Rewards:</b> Potential future compensation pending compliance</li><li><b>Future Salary:</b> Activates with revenue benchmarks</li><li><b>Remote First:</b> Globally distributed, async-first, autonomy-driven culture</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Our Promise</b></p><p>We’re not just building projects—we’re building infrastructure for creativity, scale, and culture.
