We’re partnering with a Toronto-based investment firm to find a Product Manager for their Investment Analytics team. If you thrive turning complex data into clear and persuasive insights, this could be your ideal opportunity.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting data-driven investment materials that communicate portfolio positioning, market context, and opportunities, collaborating closely with both the Investment and Relationship teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize data insights to create clear and engaging reports, visual content, and written materials that enhance both client and internal communications.
- Analyze portfolio performance to uncover trends, patterns, and key insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the execution of monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and impact in messaging across multiple formats, including presentations, web content, and video.
- Apply strong attention to detail and analytical precision to deliver work that meets the highest standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–3+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the mutual fund or investment management industry.
- A relevant educational background, along with a CFA designation (held or in progress).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with experience in SQL or VBA.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct.
- Solid understanding of investment performance metrics and reporting standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for refining messaging and contributing to a team-driven environment.
