Position: Director – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote)

Type: Full-Time

A global EPM consultancy is seeking a director-level professional to lead business development efforts and act as a key figure in client engagement and solution delivery across Ontario. This is a senior opportunity for someone with a strong finance background, a deep understanding of enterprise performance management, and the ability to bridge sales and delivery.

About the Role

The Director will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-sale delivery oversight. While the role is commercially focused, success depends on understanding EPM architecture and being able to support delivery teams in aligning execution with client expectations.

This individual will also serve as a project champion, ensuring continuity between what is sold and what is delivered and contributing to solution development where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and revenue growth within Ontario
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, presentations, and closing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their finance and performance management needs
  • Serve as a project sponsor on key engagements, supporting solution delivery and maintaining client confidence
  • Contribute to solution shaping and strategic discussions with internal architects and delivery teams
  • Report directly to senior leadership and support regional growth strategy

Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in finance, ideally with prior exposure to enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions
  • Familiarity with EPM technologies such as OneStream. Oracle, Board, Anaplan, or similar platforms
  • Capable of understanding and contributing to EPM solution architecture discussions
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales within professional services or software consulting
  • Skilled in relationship building, client engagement, and strategic account management
  • Comfortable taking ownership of both commercial and delivery alignment activities
