The successful candidate will possess demonstrable expertise in managing the legal aspects of business process outsourcing, AI applications development, software licensing, cloud computing agreements, and intellectual property protection. A strong and well-established background in operating effectively within a complex global business environment is essential, including familiarity with cross-border transactions and the nuances of legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.</p><p><br></p><p>This pivotal role demands a highly strategic thinker capable of anticipating legal risks and opportunities, developing innovative and pragmatic legal solutions, and providing clear, concise, and commercially focused legal advice to senior management and cross-functional teams. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be expected to proactively support key business objectives within fast-paced digital and global markets, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements; providing legal counsel on product development and launch initiatives; overseeing corporate governance matters; and staying abreast of evolving legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the digital and global business. contracts align with the company’s risk management policies and legal compliance requirements.</li><li>Procurement Matters:</li><li>Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of procurement documents ensuring solid legal compliance and a streamlined procurement process.</li><li>Regional Subsidiaries’ Board Management:</li><li>Align subsidiary goals with the parent companys strategy.</li><li>Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable local laws.</li><li>Manage and coordinate subsidiary board meetings.</li><li>Transfer Pricing:</li><li>Work closely with the tax team in providing legal oversight and guidance on transfer pricing matters to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</li><li>Collaborate with various departments including IT, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Privacy teams to provide legal support and ensure compliance in digital initiatives.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the legal department and other business units to provide seamless legal services.</li><li>Team Management:</li><li>Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development school.</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of substantive experience in a legal role with significant experience in managing digital commercial solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated experience operating in a global environment, understanding cross-border legal issues, and managing international transactions.</li><li>Comprehensive expertise in contract, intellectual property, data protection, and privacy laws.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to independently manage complex legal matters and exercise sound legal judgment.</li><li>Strong
