<p><b>Job Title:</b> Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect</p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (USA/Canada)</p><p><b>Duration:</b> 6+ Months</p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced <b>Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect</b> to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role open to professionals based in the <b>USA or Canada</b>. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in <b>Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud)</b> and <b>OmniStudio</b>, along with a strong architectural mindset to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions.</li><li>Architect and implement scalable solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.</li><li>Guide development teams in solution delivery and mentor junior developers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Salesforce development lifecycle, security best practices, and governance.</li><li>Work closely with QA teams for test planning and defect resolution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>5+ years</b> of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in <b>Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud)</b>.</li><li>Proven experience in <b>OmniStudio components</b>: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative automation tools.</li><li>Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Certifications (Required):</b></p><ul><li>Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (preferred)</li><li>Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer (a plus)</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or equivalent</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with other Salesforce Industry Clouds is a plus.</li><li>Experience in telecom domain and working with enterprise clients.</li><li>Prior experience in architect-level roles or leadership in large-scale Salesforce projects.</li></ul><p></p>
