K2 Workflow Lead JD

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Nintex K2 workflow solutions.

· Design and implement workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, and integration with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs).

· Maintain and support existing K2 applications, troubleshoot issues, and apply enhancements as needed.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize business processes.

· Ensure best practices are followed in workflow design, version control, and deployment.

· Prepare technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.

· Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on K2 solutions.
