Are you a natural leader with solid multi-site management experience in retail or hospitality? Do you enjoy supporting teams, analyzing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement?

They are seeking a Regional Manager – Development and Coaching, ideally based in Moncton, New Brunswick, to oversee practices in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience across multiple sites (retail, lab, medical services)
  • Support teams through coaching, training, and ongoing development
  • Analyze clinic financial data and recommend improvements
  • Ensure consistency of campaigns and communications at customer touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the field and support change initiatives
  • Drive strategic growth and regional performance

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-site team management experience in retail or hospitality
  • At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset)
  • Excellent coaching, talent development, and team engagement skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces
