As Scribes Leader, you don’t just coordinate projects—you architect the knowledge flows, program logic, and strategic execution frameworks of the entire technology and innovation engine behind Anime Universe. The execution blueprint master.</li><li>Your work will define how knowledge is structured, how programs and initiatives are driven, how delivery scales, and how the organization itself evolves.</li><li>You will help shape the core intellectual and execution backbone that empowers creators, engineers, AI systems, product teams, and business leaders across the Anime Universe ecosystem.</li></ul> OverviewWe’re recruiting a Scribes Leader —the connective leader driving program structure, knowledge flow, and delivery orchestration across Technology and the broader organization.You will:<ul><li>Lead the Program Management Office (PMO): Head of Programs, Senior Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, Senior Product Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts.</li><li>Own the Scribes Core—responsible for all cross-functional documentation, knowledge architecture, and standards for program and knowledge delivery</li></ul> This is a VP-level role for someone who has architected large-scale program systems and knowledge ecosystems across complex, fast-moving organizations. You are viewed by peers as a master program leader and knowledge architect—the person others call when scale, clarity, and execution need to be aligned. You don’t just coordinate projects—you architect the systems of delivery and knowledge that allow an innovation-driven organization to perform at its peak. This is your seat at the high table of TechCore leadership, working side-by-side with the CTO and Master Architect to transform strategic intent into executional reality and evolving knowledge.
