Whether you possess a background in finance, technology or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Act as a senior business analyst with several years of experience (10+) in capital markets and trading software</p><p>Be an integral part of the design, implementation, and test team</p><p>• Gather requirements by conducting workshops/one or one discussion with the business teams/SMEs.</p><p>• Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements by working closely with other development, verification team members & Business representatives.</p><p>• Document the requirement in JIRA as User stories and provide proper acceptance criteria.</p><p>• Create user stories, use cases and scenarios for the given requirements</p><p>• Work and communicate in a cross-functional Global team comprised of BA, Developers, project managers and support representatives, etc.</p><p>• Testing & confirming if the development is as per the of the features requested.</p><p>• Proactively provide status, raise issues, and communicate necessary information to ITPL and/or appropriate team members on a regular basis via daily stand-up meetings, one-on-one meetings.</p><p>• Participate in discussions and/or presentations</p><p>• Facilitate and assist in the Story point estimation / task estimation process related to activities in an Agile Environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>- Good understanding of trading asset class like Securities, Equities, Derivatives, Options. Swaps, OTC trading etc.</p><p>- Exposure to Murex platform</p><p>- SQL, Unix skills</p><p>- Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills</p><p>- Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter</p><p>- Possess good verbal and written communication skills</p><p>- Must have strong organization skills</p><p>- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD</p><p>- Good understanding on P&L concept overall and its components</p><p>- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail</p><p>- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally</p><p>- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues</p><p></p>
