Architectural TechnologistThis is a multifaceted role at a leading firm, involving technical drafting and project coordination.The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, coordinating construction documents and permits, conducting building code reviews, and monitoring project progress. They will also provide design input and contribute to interior design and tenant improvement projects.The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architecture or interior design studio. They will be proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.They will work in a collaborative team environment and be highly organized, efficient, and confident in their abilities.
