Description
We are seeking a<br/><br/>highly experienced Application Developer<br/><br/>to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. This is a<br/><br/>full-time, remote position , offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and agile environment.
As a core member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, from architecture through deployment, with a strong focus on performance optimization, scalability, and cloud-native development.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
Lead the<br/><br/>design, development, and deployment<br/><br/>of high-performance web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
Containerize applications using<br/><br/>Docker<br/><br/>and deploy/manage them on<br/><br/>Kubernetes
Leverage cloud services primarily in<br/><br/>Azure , with exposure to<br/><br/>GCP<br/><br/>as needed
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
Ensure application security, reliability, and performance standards are met<br/><br/>Required Qualifications:
10+ years<br/><br/>of hands-on experience in software development
Strong proficiency in<br/><br/>C#<br/><br/>and<br/><br/>ASP.NET<br/><br/>(mandatory)
Hands-on experience with<br/><br/>Docker<br/><br/>(mid-level)
Proven developer experience with<br/><br/>Kubernetes<br/><br/>(must-have)
Solid understanding of<br/><br/>CI/CD<br/><br/>tools and best practices
Deep experience with<br/><br/>Microsoft Azure
Initial working knowledge or willingness to ramp up on<br/><br/>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments<br/><br/>
