<p> We are seeking a <b> highly experienced Application Developer </b> to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. This is a <b> full-time, remote position </b> , offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and agile environment. </p><p> As a core member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, from architecture through deployment, with a strong focus on performance optimization, scalability, and cloud-native development. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Lead the <b> design, development, and deployment </b> of high-performance web applications </li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features </li><li> Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability </li><li> Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment </li><li> Containerize applications using <b> Docker </b> and deploy/manage them on <b> Kubernetes </b></li><li> Leverage cloud services primarily in <b> Azure </b> , with exposure to <b> GCP </b> as needed </li><li> Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices </li><li> Ensure application security, reliability, and performance standards are met </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Required Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li><b>10+ years </b> of hands-on experience in software development </li><li> Strong proficiency in <b> C#</b> and <b> ASP.NET </b> (mandatory)</li><li> Hands-on experience with <b> Docker </b> (mid-level)</li><li> Proven developer experience with <b> Kubernetes </b> (must-have)</li><li> Solid understanding of <b> CI/CD </b> tools and best practices </li><li> Deep experience with <b> Microsoft Azure </b></li><li> Initial working knowledge or willingness to ramp up on <b> Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</b></li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude </li><li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li> Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments </li></ul>
