Description

We’re seeking a Construction Services Coordinator for our client and work closely with the General Contractor on a large-scale, high-profile project in Cold Lake, AB. You’ll be the client’s eyes and ears on site, ensuring the build stays on track, on budget, and to the highest standards.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week on site (often more depending on project stage), with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the client in daily site activities and coordination with the GC
  • Manage contract administration: RFIs, change orders, scheduling, progress claims, and financial tracking
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams on project requirements and drawings
  • Support the project team to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in construction (Project Coordination, Project Management, or similar)
  • Strong contract administration skills (RFIs, change orders, scheduling, financials)
  • Diploma or certification in a related field (asset, not required)

Assets

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with design-build or design-assist projects
  • Commercial construction experience
