- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or financial services.
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) to support clients across jurisdictions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to interact professionally across various levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with life insurance products and terminology.
