Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) to support clients across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to interact professionally across various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with life insurance products and terminology.
