Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Lead the store with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable financial growth
- Influence results, including sales and profitability, through data-driven decisions and customer-first strategies
- Coach and mentor a high-performance team to meet and exceed organizational objectives
- Drive inventory management practices that ensure accuracy and minimize loss while aligning with community needs
- Champion a safety culture
- Set the tone for exceptional customer experience through highly prioritized service standards
- Actively engage and build relationships within the local community as a pillar and brand ambassador of the UFA Cooperative

Qualifications Required:
- Results-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive performance through accountability and metrics
- Minimum 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated success in salesmanship and coaching teams to deliver superior outcomes
- Practical expertise in change management and embedding lasting process improvements
- Highly organized, decisive, and committed to excellence — a professional who lives to a high standard and exercises sound judgment
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills in both strategic and hands-on settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), SAP, and retail point-of-sale systems
This is a safety-sensitive position, requiring on-site presence at UFA facilities and the operation of material handling equipment. Successful applicants must pass a drug and alcohol screening test as a condition of employment.
