Location : USA/Canada/UK

100% REMOTE

Hourly Rate : $18-25/hr

“Looking for writers or empathic storytellers to help train an emotionally intelligent AI.

If you’re the kind of person who thinks deeply, writes clearly, and feels conversations as much as you hear them — this might be your dream gig.

We’re hiring part-time, remote AI trainers to help fine-tune how AI interacts with humans.

No technical background needed. Just emotional intelligence + thoughtful communication.”

Project Overview

We are working with a leading game AI model company to power high-quality human-in-the-loop feedback for training and fine-tuning cutting-edge language models used in gaming environments.

As an AI Culture Trainer, you will evaluate, review, and sometimes create natural-sounding responses, stories, or dialogues generated by AI models. Your insights will directly impact how AI characters behave, communicate, and engage in immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background and tier, tasks may include:

  • Evaluate AI-generated text on human-likeness, personality, and engagement
  • Judge how well the AI understands and responds to user intent
  • Review multi-turn conversations and assess for consistency, coherence, and empathy
  • Check whether AI outputs follow given instructions precisely
  • Edit or write creative short-form or long-form content (e.g. dialogue, story branches, summaries)
  • Provide structured feedback using rating scales, tags, or written analysis
  • Collaborate with the project team to align on annotation quality and review standards

Requirement –

Mandatory:

  • Native English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Strong reading comprehension and grammatical precision
  • Intuition for human-like, emotionally engaging communication
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic (minimum 30 hours/week availability)

Nice to Have (for higher-tier roles):

  • Experience in creative writing, narrative design, or game/story content production
  • Degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, History, or Humanities
  • Familiarity with interactive fiction, dialogue-heavy games, or virtual character platforms
  • Background in reviewing or editing writing with structured guidelines
