As one of Alberta’s leading school-age care organizations, we’re looking for passionate and driven leaders to join our team as Program Coordinators (Directors) for our licensed OSC programs in Calgary.

About the Role:

As a Program Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of educators, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure your program reflects the values and standards of the TOPP KIDS brand. You’ll work closely with school leadership, our Support Team, and families to build a thriving, inclusive, and fun environment where every child can succeed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading a team of educators and setting the tone for a nurturing, engaging OSC program
• Implementing emergent, play-based programming based on our TK Pillars:
• • Creative Expression
• • Physical Literacy
• • STREAM
• • Junior Leadership
• • Clubs
• Building strong relationships with school staff, families, and the broader community
• Managing compliance with Alberta licensing and accreditation standards
• Creating a safe and welcoming space where every child is known, supported, and celebrated
• Participating in monthly professional development and leadership growth opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or child care role (OSC preferred)
• Level 2 or 3 Alberta Child Care Certification
• Current First Aid & CPR-C, Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, and Intervention Record Check
• A strong sense of initiative, reliability, and love for building positive teams and cultures
• A passion for mentoring educators and developing high-quality programming
