Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, on-site role for a Licensed Optician located in St. Catharines, ON. The Licensed Optician will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, conducting measurements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include working closely with customers to find the best eyewear solutions, performing frame adjustments, and maintaining current industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Skills in Optics and Opticianary
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Currently Licensed with the College of Opticians
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in St. Catharines, ON
• Experience in the optical industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
